Then empowerment is the key! It means really empowering young people to actively shape their lives, act independently, make their own decisions, believe in themselves and develop their strengths. Real empowerment involves everyone - it starts with ourselves and only succeeds the more we internalize and live this ourselves.
Many of us have gone through an education system that focuses on conformity, performance and standardization. We have experienced what it means to be judged, controlled and controlled by others - the opposite of empowerment.
Jetzt gehen wir neue Wege. Im Alltag und Zusammensein mit jungen Menschen begegnen wir jedoch immer wieder alten Überzeugungen, Ängsten und unbewussten Mustern, die uns beeinflussen. Diese "Schattenspiele" wie z.B. Manipulation oder Kontrollbedürfnisse wirken oft im Verborgenen. Wer behauptet, sie nicht mehr zu haben, ist nicht ehrlich. Sie beeinflussen unser Handeln und können uns daran hindern, echtes Empowerment zu leben – sowohl für uns selbst als auch für andere.
The weekend seminar is entirely dedicated to the success of free, self-determined education and real empowerment. It is profound, fun, gives you strength and is a must for everyone who is with and works with young people and supports free, self-determined education.
