Education in Transition, founded by Monika Wernz, is independent of parties and denominations and stands for diversity, freedom of opinion, pluralism and inclusion with its ethical stance. Forms of discrimination are not tolerated. In particular, no one will be arbitrarily disadvantaged or favored in the offers because of their species, gender, ethnic origin, mental or physical abilities, sexual orientation, age, socio-economic background, appearance, beliefs, or religious, spiritual or political views.

Education in Transition does not tolerate violence, extremism, anti-Semitic and racist ideas.

 

The aim is to enrich a democratic social system with the educational approach of self-determined and democratic education, with Education in Transition promoting living democracy and democratic values, equal opportunities, development of potential, cooperation, taking responsibility for oneself and the community, and education geared towards sustainability. The aim of Education in Transition is to initiate and support a paradigm shift and a lived change in values in the education system.
