Für neue freie Bildungsorte, freie Schulen und innovative Bildungsprojekte braucht es grundsätzlich neue
Aus- und Weiterbildungen für alle, die diese Orte mitgestalten und junge Menschen in ihren Entwicklungs- und Bildungsprozessen stärken und begleiten möchten.
Diese Weiterbildung "Facilitator für freie Bildung" unterstützt eine positive Entwicklung des Bildungprojektes und die so dringlich wichtige Pionierarbeit in der Bildungslandschaft
The training is for you,
if you want to grant young people the right to self-determination and participation and want to accompany and support them in their development and educational processes in a respectful, non-directive manner and on an equal footing.
if you want to build and help shape a free educational place, a free-democratic school, a Sudbury school/learning place, a community or an innovative educational project.
if you already provide young people with self-determined education at a free educational institution and accompany them.
if you are ready to embark on a personal, holistic nine-month development process within a team and thus on a path to more freedom, personal responsibility, development of potential and cooperation in your life.
Construction
The training consists of 5 modules in attendance, Literature study, internships, practical experiences, group calls (online), individual coaching and the formation of collaborations together.
This interplay of theoretical knowledge, inner experience and self-reflection, practical experience, implementation of goals, exchange and community building processes enables a space for experience and development, which also influences the perspective and basic attitude of self-determined education within a community
reflects and makes it tangible.

Educational pioneers from science and practice participate in the individual modules and group calls in presence and online (live).

Zusätzlich:
Zwischen den Modulen findet alle zwei Wochen ein Zoomtreffen am Abend statt.
Wenn du nicht schon aktiv den Alltag mit jungen Menschen in freier Bildung begleitest, werden zusätzlich Hospitationen und Praktikas empfohlen.
