9-monatige Zusatzqualifikation für Menschen, die freie Bildungsorte/Schulen aufbauen und mitgestalten und junge Menschen in selbstbestimmten Bildungsprozessen innerhalb klarer Strukturen kompetent begleiten möchten.

Freie, selbstbestimmte Bildung braucht mehr als eine Vision. Sie braucht Menschen, die wissen, wie man sie gestaltet und lebt.
Wie begleiten wir junge Menschen, wenn wir Lerninhalte nicht mehr von außen vorgeben und aufzwingen? Wie entsteht innerhalb Freiheit und freier, selbstbestimmter Bildung gleichzeitig Verantwortung? Wie können wir junge Menschen in ihren Entwicklungs- und Bildungsprozessen gut begleiten und stärken? Welche Strukturen braucht eine Gemeinschaft, damit sich eine wertschätzende und respektvolle Kultur bildet und sich jeder wohl und sicher fühlt? Wie gestalten wir Mitbestimmung, Entscheidungsprozesse und Konfliktlösung? Welche Rolle haben Lernbegleiter/innen – und was braucht es in uns selbst, damit wir jungen Menschen wirklich mit Vertrauen und auf Augenhöhe begegnen und empowern können?
Educator in Transition vermittelt das Wissen, die Haltung und die praktische Erfahrung, um freie Bildungsräume kompetent mitzugestalten und junge Menschen in selbstbestimmten Bildungsprozessen zu begleiten.
The training is for you,
if you want to grant young people the right to self-determination and participation and want to accompany and support them in their development and educational processes in a respectful, non-directive manner and on an equal footing.
if you want to build and help shape a free educational place, a free-democratic school, a Sudbury school/learning place, a community or an innovative educational project.
if you already provide young people with self-determined education at a free educational institution and accompany them.
if you are ready to embark on a personal, holistic nine-month development process within a team and thus on a path to more freedom, personal responsibility, development of potential and cooperation in your life.
Construction
The training consists of 5 modules in attendance, Literature study, internships, practical experiences, group calls (online), individual coaching and the formation of collaborations together.
This interplay of theoretical knowledge, inner experience and self-reflection, practical experience, implementation of goals, exchange and community building processes enables a space for experience and development, which also influences the perspective and basic attitude of self-determined education within a community
reflects and makes it tangible.

Zusätzlich:
Zwischen den Modulen findet alle zwei Wochen ein Zoomtreffen am Abend statt.
Wenn du nicht schon aktiv den Alltag mit jungen Menschen in freier Bildung begleitest, werden zusätzlich Hospitationen und Praktika empfohlen.
